Vanadium dioxide (VO2) is a kind of metal oxide with
phase transition property. Its phase transition temperature is
68℃, which can induce reversible metal-insulator phase
transition of VO2. With the phase transition, the
crystal structure, resistance, infrared light transmittance,
refractive index and magnetic susceptibility of VO2
change dramatically. It is precisely because of the phase
transition temperature near room temperature and the sudden
change of physical and chemical properties before and after
phase transition that VO2 has a very wide application
