◆ Scanning
System |

A
scanning system consists of two scan mirrors,
two galvanometers (or called galvo-scanner
motor) and drive cards, a XY mount. Scanning
system is characterized by compact and tight
structure with dust proof design and
installation at ease as well as high
anti-interference. |

F-theta lens
are commonly used in laser marking, engraving,
and cutting systems,
which is used in conjunction with XY
galvanometer scanner and beam expander to form a
two dimensions scanning system, The scan lens is
optimized to provide a flat field image with
diffraction-limited spot size in micron scale
over the entire scan field. The image field
height is almost directly proportional to the
scan angle.

Expander |

BEX series of beam expander has
been improved with adjustable mounting with
connecting thread of M16×0.75,
M22×0.75 or M30×1. This type of mounting has
advantage as the internal lenses will only move
along the optical axis without rotation.
Adjustable ring with scales make it more
convenient for user’s operation. |
