CNI terms and conditions of sales apply to all transactions unless otherwise agreed to in writing by both parties. Terms and conditions are available upon request and are confirmed at time of purchase.

1. Placing an Order

CNI will accept customer's order via E-mail. Fax and mail. Orders shall clearly specify the Customer's PO number, Billing &SHIPPING address. Contact Person and Telephone number. All the orders should be confirmed by us via Fax, E-mail or mail. The sales terms will be valid after the order confirmed by CNI.

2. Price and Payment

When the order is confirmed, CNI will send or fax the customer a PI, which shows all the products in the order with freight, insurance, and bank charge. Prepayment is needed. Bank transfer is allowed as means of payment.

3. Delivery Time

The delivery time is defined as the period of the time elapsing from the PO receipt to transfer of goods to the carrier. Sometimes the goods will be shipped ahead of scheduled date without notice. A formal notice will be sent you under the condition of delay shipment.

4. Delivery Terms

When Product has been shipped pursuant to the Customer’s order, Seller will mail the Customer a shipping advice to confirm the shipment. Delivery charges, insurance and special packing charge will be included in our invoice to you. Upon request, we will ship via the carrier of your choice with a valid account number. All orders are shipped FOB CNI ChangChun Facility. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

5.Returns and Refunds

Please contact CNI Sales department to obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number prior to returning the product. A brief explanation of reason for the return should be sent to us. Return freight charge must be prepaid. If the product is in warranty, we will cover the repairing cost and freight charge back to your end.
